Well sit down little Anon, and I’ll tell you the story of how Ponyinabox Productions got started. 

In the begining, there was Squeak, who sat around watching Doctor Who, being terribly bored and doing nothing much at all. 

Then there was ponies. 

And Squeak was like:

So, after a while, Squeak began to wonder…what would happen if I mixed these two things together and went into writing fanfiction.

Thus Number 12 was written and completed way back in 2010. The story proved very popular and Squeak was like:

The story floated around the internet, earning a sequel they still need to finish and a fan continuity. But eventually Squeak once again grew bored and thought:

So Squeak set about finding a way to expand on the original idea.  Being familiar with the old Doctor Who radio plays, and aware of a pony radio station, the first thought was:

 So Squeak set about trying to convince people:

And after about six months of fiddling, a group of awesome people was found. People who are just:

And who all deserve hugs, high fives and puppies:

I mean seriously, these people are REALLY awesome,

In anycase, after a lot of hard work, this team of awesome people banded together and Number 12 Part 1 hit the airwaves. And even more awesome people came, these people are called ‘Listeners’ and they are:

And when the first episode went from the airwaves to youtube, we all looked at the response and went:

And decided to keep doing awesome things together, for the awesome people who like to listen.

And that’s how Equestria was made.
